1. What is your products range?

Furthermore, we also provide the small equipment for lab use, also we can make the customized machines according to customer's special requirement.

2. How long is the delivery time?

Most orders are shipped within 30~120 working days. It is depend on the products type, model.

3. What is our warranty?

All of our machines carry a 1 year warranty against defects in manufacturing.

4. What is the payment terms?

We accept T/T, L/C, PayPal, Cash payment terms.

5. What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity is one set or one piece.

6. What is the package type when make shipment?

Normally, we will use wooden case to pack the equipment to avoid the damage while the transportation.

7. What service you can provide after the sales?

The after sales service includes the factory layout design, the technology transfer, local stuff training, installation and trial run of the production line. We will also provide the spare parts all the time.

8. Can we see the machine running when we visit your company?

We have show room in our factory and in our local customer's factory, we can show the machine running to our customer when they come to visit us.
We also can make some small trial in our laboratory for special product development  to match to different customer's demand.

9. If your company can provide non-standard machinery design and manufacturing service?

We have a skilled and experienced engineers team who can design and manufacturing non-standard machinery according to different special requirement.
